Parents,

PhD Hockey is excited to announce our Spring Training Development Programs. These programs are designed for players born between 2014 and 2020 and offer a balanced mix of game play and skill development in a fun, positive environment.

2014–2017 Program

This program will focus primarily on 4v4 gameplay to maximize puck touches and decision-making.

  • 10 total ice sessions over the spring

  • Sessions held on Saturdays and Sundays, running April 11 to May 10

  • Each weekend will include:

    • 1 session of strictly 4v4

    • 1 session combining skills & 4v4
(20–25 minutes of skills, followed by 35–40 minutes of 4v4)

The goal of this program is to help young players develop their skills in a fun, low-pressure environment.

Sessions will be held at Keith Bodley Arena or Oak Bluff Arena.
